University Human Resource, Employee & Labor Relations (ELR)

ELR manages employee and labor-management relations to promote and contribute to a fair, respectful, diverse, and high-performance culture. ELR provides guidance on complex employment issues, including workplace policies and procedures, and labor contract interpretation, administration, negotiations, and grievances. This guidance includes consulting with local Human Resources offices and managers to navigate and resolve issues related to employee performance, conduct, workplace accommodations, and other issues.
