During the development stage of the survey, many of you contributed feedback. We are grateful for your input, which helped shape the survey and how we have begun reporting on the findings.

We encourage anyone who would like to provide feedback about the survey findings that have been released - or about your perspective on how these findings should inform our work moving forward - to use the anonymous feedback form on this page. Periodically we will post (anonymized) summaries of the feedback we are receiving so that you can see what people are saying.
